Provide complete delivery details
Please enter an accurate name, house or flat number, street or landmark, city, PIN code and phone number during checkout.
If any information is incorrect, message us immediately. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change its delivery address.
Delayed or missing orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, contact us with your order number and the phone number used during checkout.
We will check the shipment with our courier partner. If the parcel is confirmed lost during transit, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
Remote locations, courier delays, public holidays, festivals, severe weather or other circumstances outside our control may extend the delivery time. Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
